Listing Not showing in searches

Hello, I created a listing quite some time ago, a few months, and I am finding very few people are finding it. I have several hundred other items listed and have a 100% feedback rating. I am not sure why when I do a search for the exact title it is not showing up anywhere. The title is

18k Gold Lily Pendant 28" Necklace Hollow 25DWT 38.88 Grams

item number 284230298907

Any help understanding why it is hard to find, none existent, would be greatly appreciated.

I found it using the entire title you posted.

You can’t find it because they don’t ship to you in Vietnam (or Sri Lanka).

How can you state that claims of not as described must be submitted within 14 days when eBay's Money Back Guarantee states that a buyer has 30 days to open an item not as described case?
