Label Printer Not Listed

I just installed a label printer and it’s connected via Bluetooth to my phone. I’ve successfully printed from the app that goes with the printer.

When I tried to print my eBay shipping label, it is not showing up on the known list of printers.

I’ve tried to Google the issue and I see that there should be printer settings somewhere in eBay, but I can’t find them (at least using the app).

Please help!

Sounds like your printer got disconnected from your WiFi.

Try -

1) turning your printer off, waiting a few minutes, then back on.

2) unplugging printer, waiting, plugging back in.

3) turning off your WiFi, wait a few min, then back on.

one of these should do it.

This comes down to your settings. if the printer is connected with bluetooth rather than a wireless network with a router, that could be what's impacting the printer showing up when you print from websites or other apps.

You may need to download all of your labels and print from the printer app.

Did you try printing from another website or app to see if the same problem occurs?

On the Bluetooth ones you have to save the file, open with Adobe , then save again.. then upload from the Bluetooth printer app.  Be careful when doing multiples because sometimes they won't be in order or will print old ones and it's very easy to duplicate a shipment with similar label.  They are nice but inconvenient and easy to screw up, make sure you double check everything before shipping because the apps are junk.  I did 5 labels last week , saved them all in order , printed all in order , and only 1 printed out i needed.  The rest were old ones.  Had to redo everything and double check everything.

Save the label as a PDF to your phone. Then print it from the Printer App on your phone.

Just what the others are saying. 

I bought a label printer and as I was connecting (trying to connect) it to my phones Bluetooth, I had to go to Google play store and download an app (it is in the booklet that comes with your printer). The app I had to get is Label Expert. It connects printer to phones bluetooth.

Then purchase a label, SAVE it, then you have to open the app you downloaded, click on Open, Next, Print.
