are there any current class action lawsuits against Ebay?

I'm wondering if there are any serious lawsuits currently being pressed against Ebay and their status

While i'm not a corporate boot licker, if there ever is one, I won't be joining it. 

It will amount to here's your refund for a $1.25 and ten free seller credits, but must download the app to accept terms while the lawyers walk away with millions.

There are websites which track class action suits. Probably funded by class action lawyers.

I'll not waste my time dealing with them. I think less of class actions lawyers than I do of evil big business.

The only serious one that is going on at the moment is the one launched by the Steiners (eCommerceBytes). No matter the final result, the concern for eBay is not financial , it's mostly a reputation thing.

There was one brought by the EPA but eBay won that one a few months ago.

There are some ongoing legal issues related to the union that covers the employees at one of the Authentication centers, that may be around for quite a while but even if eBay loses that one the costs will not be significant.

There are always legal shenanigans between eBay and governments of countries were eBay is active (mostly within the EU). These mostly revolve around regulatory matters and similar actions are taken against most of the other Marketplace and Tech companies like Amazon, Google, Apple, Microsoft etc.

I'm quite sure eBay is attacked by many nuisance suits that their sizable legal department has to deal with. None of those will ever have any material affect on eBay operations or finances.

I don't know if there are any, But someone is all ways talking about doing one on this forum, But i have never heard if they actually went through with one or any results of one, I think going after any big corporation is basically futile, unless you have some Top name attorney then maybe, & class action law suits are ridiculous you wind up with a check for under $10 usually if they are deemed guilty in any way.

Not that I know of, but there  are beaucoup eBay  members that  want someone else to start an a class action suit so they can hop on the train without any effort.  Feel confident they  have read the UA either.

Well that was going to be my question - everyone threatens suits over ever possible motive - I was interested to see which subjects are getting traction.

I've long discounted customer service - they have none, don't give any, don't want to deal with it - so I was wondering what complaints actually get traction
