Item not received....Or was it?....What would you do?

Buyer purchased item on July 28th. Shipped out on the 29th to a post office box. Buyer opens item not received request on August 4th stating item not received as stated and she still wants the item. Tracking shows that item was delivered to parcel locker in her correct city, state, zip code on August 2nd.

I responded to the request with the tracking information # and a copy of  the tracking information and asked her to check with her post office.  It has been two days. The case has not closed. Says I have until the 10th to resolve. These used to close automatically I believe when you provided tracking that shows item delivered.  Should I do nothing and waiting for it to time out knowing that it "SHOULD" close in my favor since it shows item was delivered? Contact the buyer to see if she contacted her post office to inquire about item and ask her to close case if she received her item? Anyone have any experience with this under new managed payments?

@bigdeals.etc ,@popblox  I decided to poke the bear (ebay... not myself...Lol). Pressed the ask ebay to step in button and the case was closed in my favor with no refund to the buyer. Funds released. YAY! Good things DO happen! Thanks ebay!

Congrats. I never doubted that asking eBay to step in for INRs where tracking shows delivered would close in favor of the seller. As mentioned, it’s a slam dunk. I think some (maybe all) members here were referring to messaging the buyer as “poking the bear”. Buyers can actually do harm if the case isn’t closed in your favor.
