I have noticed that all or just about all of Ebay listings are showing the Shipping Amount from the United States.
I scrolled recently, looking to buy Packaging Tape and had to open EVERY listing to find out what the Shipping cost would be here in the U.S. and there's no longer a Tab to calculate the Shipping cost per item.
I would think that a listed Shipping cost of $63.89 on a $20 item would deter potential buyers.
So, my question is: Do I have to stop listing with International Shipping and just do U.S. Only in order to not have the International Shipping show up as the Primary Shipping Cost.

You can ship internationally yourself, or you can just let eBay take care of it for you. Turn on eBay's international shipping and then all you do when you sell the item is ship it to a domestic hub and they ship it from there. They do all the paperwork and customs info, and they handle the returns that way as well. You can still restrict certain countries if you like, but it gets rid of the headache of all of it since you are only responsible for getting it to the domestic hub. I'm not sure the cost to the end buyer or if it's enough to really deter sales, but once I switched over years ago I've never had a problems since and I do still get international sales.

I "think you mean" you are seeing international shipping prices instead of US shipping prices when you search? Check to see if you haven't changed YOUR location in browsing........i.e. selected the UK/other country as a ship to address......to check something out... and forgotten to change it back to the US and your zip code.......

I just noticed the same thing. There is absolutely nothing to click on to change countries to estimate shipping. The tab is gone with no links to click to switch out countries.

The shipping tab is gone..........
But if you click on see details in upper right corner of listing
you get a popup
then you can click on the down arrow to choose a country.........

^^^^ This! I scrolled through a couple of pages of your listings and all were showing either "free shipping" or a rate that is obviously domestic.

Believe me I know what you mean but there were no links to click at all. I even tried incognito and nothing. I don't know if is a regional thing or if eBay is messing with layouts again. Consequently my sales have tanked on my selling account. If buyers can't see upfront shipping of course they won't purchase.

Upper right, click on the zip code
As I mentioned earlier, I'm seeing domestic shipping prices when I look at your listings
