I come here when I have a concern or problem. But I just had a CS call experience that ... shocked me. I’ve never had a bad one; they just usually are fruitless, meaning, I rarely end up with the answer I was questioning. However, this one, just now, today, was ... um, really great. Both my issues are actually being handled. Now, grant you, could just be I finally asked for something they CAN do, but ... as much as I ***** on here, I felt it only fair to do same when receiving stellar service, which I just did. Doesn’t change my mind about leaving, because great service doesn’t change eBay’s policies, but at least I felt, in that call, like a customer whose concerns were respected. Could’ve been a fluke, but it was good enough to mention.

Depends on what you asked them and what they told you. Wrong information delivered with respect won't help much.

I was actually told to allow a INR to run the course and when the buyer called in and requested eBay step in that they would refund him and I WOULD NOT get hit for not resolving it.

We can say similar today, haha. To our surprise, we first got an email saying "A customer has called in"... but then it was followed by an email saying the case was decided in our favor! Very rare that we get informed of a customer calling in WITHOUT it being decided for them immediately!

Glad you had a great experience!
I appreciate your honesty in acknowledging the good with the bad.
