Has this happened to anyone because I have an error on my dashboard that will be affecting my seller rating? If so what do I do?

About all you can do is keep calling. If its dings for late shipping when the item did in fact arrive on time its been a ongoing problem for well over a month now...

9 hours? No, that has never and would never happen.
Try something else
Call at a different time of day
or
post on eBay for business facebook or ebay for business twitter
or
post the issue here.

Did you send the buyer a invoice showing items had been combined into one shipment?

Its a ebay problem they combined them for payment and then uncombined them for tracking. You'll need to just keep calling..

If you go to your Orders Paid and Shipped do all the items show the tracking number? If not you can cut and paste the tracking number to the other items. You'll still have to call to get the defects on the radar for removal.

I had to call. My account has everything set for auto payment of my fees. I looged on and I was restricted for non payment.
What a cluster those calls were.
#1 I told her the issue and before I could get very far she put me on hold and them transferred me to PayPal. It was not a PayPal issue. They had never sent a charge to PayPal. I not only had money in the account, but PayPal is linked to my checking and like 3 other cards.
#3 or 4 kept rephrasing what I said. "Thank you. I understand that you have automatic payments set up but your payment was declined. Is that correct?" No. I have auto payment and you never charged me through that. "So your auto payment was declined?"
Somewhere later...."So you want to know how to make a payment?"
I wanted to know that auto pay was set up properly since if it was, they would have charged my fees..... but since they didn't autopay must not have been set up right even though my account shows that autopay is set up......
finally made a payment and I'm sure I'll deal with the same thing next month.....
