I have been on hold for over 8 hours waiting for someone to fix an error
on my dashboard that is affecting my seller rating. Has anyone else had
this problem and if so what did you do?
The order was on one packing slip ordered under one shipment. I
processed it as eBay gave it to me. I did not combine them they came to
me already combined.

It was one order for multiple items sent in one box. All of the items
had the tracking number but not all showed scanned by the carrier. I
followed up with the tracking number and the carrier and it shows the
package was delivered. So now I have 7 it...
