Huge problem, Cant list, Cant select item condition, no options when selection

**bleep** ebay, i am trying to list items, and no matter what i try to list, when i go to item condition, there are no selections to select, therefore, i can not list any items.

r u on a desktop? did u try a diff browser? i am on a MAC desktop using FireFox

on my phone, android, and i uninstalled app, and still same thing.. i list daily, so this has never happened.

Well, someone else just posted with the same problem, so it is obviously not just me having the issue.

I just tried to list stuff in the same thing is happening with mine. Worked fine last night, but I've spent the last hour trying to list stuff in all different categories, and none will let me select condition, So everything is saved as drafts at the moment. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Hopefully they will fix this glitch soon as it will be hard for ebay to make any money if no one can list anything.

We had the same issue on the mobile app but were able to save and then finish the listing on our laptop.

It's obviously a temporary glitch.

You'll wait it out.

You realize that ebay will want to fix it asap.

If you can't make money, ebay won't make money.

And you didn't even feel the need to swear at ebay.  😉

also having this issue, and app decided to compress my images so much that they look like 480x640 res.

For an immediate/temporary solution you can pull up a web browser on your phone, log in to eBay and update the condition field on your drafts so you can get items listed while waiting for this problem to be fixed.
