The only way you can possibly do that is to create a video, stainlessenginecovers makes a great point, Since sound quality can differ completely depending on the source.

Okay… that’s actually pretty neat… and it sounds way better than I thought it would.

Anything you send that would be the 'sound of your instrument' would have a couple of major flaws. First, it is you playing it, not them. As a musician myself I can give my instrument to a pro and it will sound massively different than it sounds when I play it. The instrument is about 10% of the sound, the player is the other 90%.
Second, the sound he/she hears will be colored by their computer, their speakers, their soundcard, their sound settings in their computer, etc. What they will end up hearing will NOT be what you hear live. There is a reason why it is so expensive to get a professionally produced song recorded. It isn't an easy task.
Lastly, everyone hears things differently. What you think sounds good might sound terrible to the next person.
IMO, this potential buyer has problematic written all over him or her along with a high return risk. I wouldn't waste any time with them and most likely would block them.

You could always message them saying I'm playing my trumpet loudly now can you hear it, how does it sound?

I think it's worth noting, for the benefit of those readers who skip to the end of the thread, that we're not really talking about a trumpet here, but a Spamjo (or maybe SPAMjo, since the company likes all-caps for their product name). Definitely an instrument where you cannot tell what it sounds like just by looking at it.
I see that a Youtube link for a SPAMjo has already been posted, but you cannot send third-party links from seller to buyer, nor can you post them in a listing, so the OP should definitely consider making his own video and uploading it to the listing. I know there are lots of variables involved in how it will reproduce on-line, but jeez, we're not talking audiophile recordings here... 😉
In case you haven't seen it before, here is the somewhat famous video from many years ago now showing Jack White of the White Stripes building an electric guitar from a piece of wood, a Coke bottle and various other odds and ends: https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=10155614054408168

The first SPAMjo video I tried to use was of one with a much longer neck and a much poorer musician. The sound was about the same as a jaw harp.
I was quite impressed by this guy.

Not all instrument players are first role players or maybe the OPis a drummer or has never played any thing but a tonette in grade school. Instruments should be sold on a local basis the the prospective buyer can check it out live -. The instrument player I know have some unique needs and protect whatever there brass like a new born- our grand daughter and her her husband played instruments in college and he is in the ARMY based out of D.C - yes they are unique

Just idle curiosity: What is a "jaw harp"?

Very easy to look it up.

I once had someone ask me to send them the sound of a metal bell I was selling.
I took the listing down and blocked the buyer.
I just didn't want to deal with it.
But, you can take a video with sound if you want. But my opinion is this is a time waster. Seems as good as someone asking me if the color red of my earrings are a true red color. Everyone can hear and see something different.

Great comment: "This Christmas you should get a can of butter cookies and make this a sibling."

@dodson4680 I went back and looked. For the price you're asking for those Spamjos, you need to have a sound video of each in your listing. I wouldn't have even listed without one.
I play the dig-horn and would not purchase a horn online without hearing it first. It's pretty known to people who purchase non-traditional musical instruments that it's not always going to sound the same at home as it does online.
