Hey guys thanks for having me . I'm new to this whole eBay store but I do know my items are one of a kind. I'm wondering the best and most practical ways to drive eyes to my page ? Seems like everyone is either to full of hatred to show me love or they simply just don't see what I'm selling because of the endless amounts of **bleep** that is sold on eBay . Has anyone had any luck going live ? Is it possible to do give aways or raffles on eBay ? I need ideas to get people on my page . I've decided I need to turn this whole thing up a notch ! All your ideas or opinions mean the world to me ! Thank you

There is a third possibility.

Welcome to the world of selling endless amounts of "bleep" that is sold on eBay.
Looks like you have sold a few things so apparently buyers are finding your prints. The only thing I would add is that I noticed you used a lighter as a corner weight in one of your photos, which I take it to indicate you or someone in your home smokes. If this is true, you might want to mention in your listings that they come from a smoking home because a lot of buyers are very sensitive to that. It could save a return down the line.

Or he has a candle.

Are these authorized by the original artists?
If not, you might run into some legal issues.

@hatedbymanyluvdbyfew having only 5 listings won't get u much visibility

You would need to drive traffic to your store using the same methods that you would drive traffic to a website, search engines, advertising, paid and unpaid links from other sites.
You have too few items to justify the expense of promoting your store other than Ebay promotion, and I doubt that would be productive.
You might seek bloggers or other influencers who are part of the Ebay Partner Network (an affiliate program) and have readers who are oriented toward your offerings.

Absolutely , any and all artist I work with are sent a non disclosure and are put into the legal loop on what I am doing with anything pertaining to them . Some get back to me, most larger artist do not, but are welcomed too ... I am very well versed in legal speak and have 1 attorney I use as council . I don't see any foreseeable problems. I appreciate you asking thou .

Well what's the difference between 1 and 100. If items are collectors items , wouldn't you rather be a few gems then a sea of garbage ? I'm not looking to nec have 10 million sales just some good ones on the books ?

I expect those two negative feedbacks are affecting your sales too. As a new seller,be very careful.

You may not be entirely clear on your legal obligations.
You are not allowed to manufacture items which are trademarked to other individuals, groups and/or businesses, without the contracted authorization by those individuals, groups and/or businesses.
Since you have indicated that "most larger artist {sic} do not" reply to your "non-disclosure" (something or other -- it is not clear to what you are referring), you are leaving yourself wide open for a VERO take down of those items, and possibly a huge monetary lawsuit for violations of intellectual property.
Your legal council may be providing you with some unwise interpretations of trademark law.

Unless you are sending them some kind of a registered notice for which delivery is recorded I do not think that absence of a response can really be interpreted as permission for you to use their names or likenesses on your items. Even then I think you might have some legal difficulties if they claim that your use is unlicensed and you cannot produce a written agreement.

Actually the term is 'counsel.'

What is it with people that are so full of hatred they think they need to tell me how things are . This was not the question I asked so I don't know why we are on this tangent . Stick to what the supplied question is and not what you would like it to be . I understand everyone wishes to see me fail at everything I do why would you be any different. No matter what I choose to do you or someone else will try to poke holes in it when I do very well for myself . eBay isn't something that makes or breaks me . So owning a vinyl album I can sell for anything I want , but the second I frame it then I'm violating some law some where . I really am not worried about that next question please

You seem to be mistaking a long-established experience with sales and intellectual property law for "hatred."
Unfortunately, your request for suggestions regarding marketing unauthorized, trademarked items would be criminally improper -- in effect, what you are seeking are better methods to steal from the legal owners of those trademarked items.
And I will not contribute to your theft.

You seem to use the word "hatred" a lot. Just because "they think they need to tell me how things are", does not correlate to hatred. Several people here offered advice not hatred. If they disagree with you, that is not hatred. You should not have called your buyer a "hater". You are selling in a niche market and it will take a while to sell your items and we all looking for ways to increase traffic.
