Hi,

 Is there is any alternative payout other than payoneer? I just learned that they start charging the "annual fee" June last year. At that time i think i have around 43 USD in the account, which i cannot withdraw due to the min requirement of 50 USD to withdraw. Obviously, on ebay, i barely sold anything. I think i was making less than 50 USD a year, So now i lost all of my earning to the annual fee charged by payoneer due to the thai im making less than 2000 USD per year.

Is there is anyway i can stop that?

For sellers based in Thailand (plus many other countries) there is no alternative at this time.

The best solution is a bank account in US$ in a US bank which can be paid by ACH transfer.

It used to be easier to get your bank in a foreign country to help you get one than it is now.
