How to avoid buyers with 0 feedback? wasting so much time on them

Hi9 im selling quite a lot on ebay but still havent figured out how to avoid my time being waste by scammers. I list most of my stuff as auctions for 5 days (saving me time and i know when it ends) dont have the buy it now price cause dont want it. I ve got every buyer filter under the sun but still some scammers winning my auctions (at least 5 of them a month). then once they won i get the email from ebay about suspicious buyer, auction dissapears and i cannot relist even when ebay suggests its easy to do so .. what to do how to protect myself ? wasting so much time here

Would you buy from me after reading the item description and looking at the pictures?

No.

"Iphone in Excellent cosmetic condition.

Phone caries small signes of usage consistent with the age of the phone"

This is the first thing I noticed. How can the phone be in excellent cosmetic condition if it shows signs of usage. If I'm looking at a phone and the seller say's it in excellent cosmetic condition, I expect the phone to look new.

"Please note we now have all our items set with immediate Paypal payment required"

Your listings are auctions, you can't do immediate payment with an auction.

It's little things like this that I notice in a listing and helps me decide if I want to buy from them or not.

Have a great day.

I have an idea. Dont do auctions anymore just do buy it now and require immediate payment.  You will find that people involved in auctions might be competing sellers who creat accounts with (0) feedbacks just to bid up your items.  Not that every buyer does that some have to start somewhere. Maybe if you do less auction and more BIN you will have better luck.

Under Account/Site Preferences/Selling Preferences/Buyer Requirements

Buyers who may bid on several of my items and not pay for them
Block buyers who are currently winning or have bought xxxxxx of my items in the last 10 days.
Only apply this block to buyers who have a feedback score of xxxx or lower.

Re: How to avoid buyers with 0 feedback? wasting so much time on them

When I see a long list of instructions I hit the back button and look for another Seller. I did not see Your listings but I am telling You what I think...The real ironic thing about it is that many time eBay policy supersedes any Terms of service that YOU have and many time when I see terms of service that LONG...I see many TOP that aren't even enforceable.

So, do what YOU please but doing that is definitely a turn off. In addition to that IF You have many Buyers that eBay sends YOUR way and Nobody buys and just clicks the back button Your impressions go down and eBay sends even LESS people to YOUR item...

You cannot put Immediate Payment Required on auctions

Since you do not have restocking fee set up on listing you cannot take 10% off returns

PayPal offers 6 month return window

 I have over 500,000 transactions on my selling ID 
