How long does it take for authentication process?

How long does it usually take for an item to go through the authentication process, i.e. from when it arrives at the authenticator to when it leaves there?

Usually a couple weeks but it depends if they run into problems,  why,  are you having an issue with this program?

No, no issue.  I purchased an item that was sent to the authentication center and I just didn't know how long it would take to go through the process.  I purchased item on June 12 and expected delivery date is July 1-6, which seemed a bit lengthy, but it's okay.  Just my first time to be involved with this service. 

I tried to find the answer online but all I could find was some that said it takes a couple of weeks, but those discussions were about three years old and I didn't know if that was still the norm.

It partially depends on the item, there are different authentication centers for different types of items (sneakers, jewellery, handbags etc).

My purchase is shoes and they went to the Las Vegas auth center.   So now I'm just waiting.
