How do I get a refund on an accidentally purchased second shipping label?

I was told to go to "order details" in My eBay and I don't see order details anywhere.  Need some help please.

From Seller Hub, go into See All Orders, then click on Shipping Labels on the left

hover over the drop down menu top right side of page 'My eBay' and click on 'Selling' to bring up the Seller Hub page, then

Hover over ‘orders’ top left of seller hub page

click on ‘shipping labels'

to the left of the sold item, click on the drop down menu,

click on ‘void’

there is a time limit to do this and it takes about 2 weeks for the refund to complete
