Over 25 years selling and fed up

I have been selling on eBay for over 25 years and getting fed up with their policies. When you have a problem you can't talk to anybody except for chatting or calling eBay help which are completely useless. I do my due diligence in checking items before I list them. For example Cuisinart  DLC-7 food processor. Which there are over 1200 of them for sale right now on eBay. I get a 3-day restriction for selling this item because they say there was a recall. My item was up there for less than 1 hour and gets pulled and there are some that are 30 days old and still listed. I think it's ridiculous to get a three-day suspension / restriction for selling an item that has been selling repeatedly on eBay. When I call the helpline they are completely useless. And just say sorry wait out the three days. This is the fourth item I've had pulled this year that have sold and are still selling on eBay. I feel ebay does not care at all about their sellers!

i expect the others havent been reported, yours was. You are much better off contacting Ebay now on their Facebook Ebay for Business site. Use the message link, they are fairly quick to answer and very helpful and professional.
