From your active listings page in seller hub, expand the search box. From there you can enter search terms and use various filters to further narrow down your searches. That's a great profile pic of you and the Mrs. @whitestar1528.

I am in the same boat and my answers are, a inventory system, but while looking for one I fell into the Quicken system thst will not only save your inventory but at a flick of a button in the program will do your yearly taxes at ease.

Open your store. Look down 2/3 of the way to see a search bar. What's bugging me is that ebay is making it much harder to open someone's store from their comment page. It is ridiculous unless every post for the past two weeks is from a dedicated posting name.

You go to your listings then click on your store. From there just type a one or two word search for what you are looking for. The item will show up easily.

Did you set up your categories?
Also, in Seller Hub, click on Active Listings and you can do refinements.
