Is it worth it to downgrade my store subscription from premium to basic?

I have slightly over 500 listings. I source mostly from garage sales and take it easy in the fall and winter. My listings will decrease. Since ebay increased its basic store fixed price listings, is it worth it for me too downgrade my subscription?
