Seller sent back the Avengers '68 set 1-5 because it had ONE disc damaged. It was almost a month when He decided to make a claim, THEN it took him OVER 2 weeks to ship it. He wants a FULL $125 refund and I told ebay I'd do $30....and they said contact buyer but whenever I click on Contact Information it sends me elsewhere! HELP!!!

You have to go back to the case.But if he returned the whole set, you owe him a full refund.

If the buyer returned the whole set you have to refund the whole set.
(I am assuming you received the item back).
If you offered a refund of $30.00 and the buyer didn't want the partial refund to keep the item(s) then that is their right. It appears they chose to return the entire set for a full refund.
Why would someone want to keep a disc set if one of the discs is not working correctly?
Sometimes these things happen. Best to refund and move on.

If/when a buyer opens an item not as described case with eBay, which he has 30 days after receipt to do, the seller doesn't set the terms of the refund, eBay does.

I don't understand the $30 refund. Did he send back the whole set or just the bad disc? If he sent the whole set you owe him $125.
