If I buy a motorcycle for a certain price do I get charged for the title process and hidden fees?? Please help!

Yes.    Title and DMV fees taxes  are not included.     You need to look into those before you buy.

That statement does not completely apply to a ebay sale, the buyer will be charged all the government fees when the title is transferred but there is no additional charges allowed for dealer documentation fees, or dealer-installed accessories

Yes.  Bring the invoice/bill of sale when you go to get it licensed.  Check your own states DMV for the tax percentage and other fees.   Don't forget insurance either.
