If you list an item for 10 days and it does not sell you cannot relist
it using another free listing from the 200 given for April. In other
words, all 200 items listed must be different.
Please note that I stated I will not use free listings that restrict me
to GTC. This promo explicitly stated 30 days or GTC - but in fact eBay
is only allowing GTC. Big difference.
