So I've always had '5' business days and the listings used to show those 5 days, with a yellow caution and then spelling it out clearly 'included 5 business days handling time'.

Then, as we all know- they did away with showing (until you had 10 days or more).

Now- it's showing again- which I think is good.

Anyone else with 2,3,4 days showing on your listings anywhere?

potential buyer needs to click on the "shipping & payments" to see that I have "3 day" handling, and eBay is still giving them unrealistic estimated delivery dates.

and woe be the seller that has an item go to the "newly opened" regional processing facility in Memphis opened on Nov 4.

They can now handle way more packages, but the next thing is...................... what are they doing with them? Process them, and leave them in those impressive big cardboard crates shown hoisted by the forklift until after Christmas????

I noticed yes 3-6 months ago it wouldn't show the handling time even in the shipping and handling part of the listing. I do see it is there now so I am happy about that. I noticed because I went to screen grab my 3 day handling to show a buyer and it wasn't there some months ago. Glad it is back.

Do you ever get grief from customers that do not read your description?

I understand, but some people will never.

It seems eBay might ding you for this. Poor performance.

I am curious myself.

I've always had 5 business days built in to all listings/orders and will NOT get, nor have I since 2011, any 'dings' for doing this as it is not a dingable offense to have 5, 10, 30 day handling times.

It's ONLY dignable if you don't ship within YOUR stated handling time.

I receive about 2 messages a month from buyers asking when I was shipping and I always state the same thing, that we build to order blah blah etc.

But it's GREAT that they now, again, SHOW the 5 Day Handling Time on the listing right below the 'buy it now' as I'm not here to pretend anything to anyone.

Besides, 80% of my items you cannot get anywhere on Planet Earth (I've shipped to all continents except Antarctica since Penguins don't drive) (although don't ship outside of US anymore except for some items and only use GSP).
