Promotions no longer work, placing things on sales no longer trigger anything. What has changed? Click promotion$? An absolute ob$ession with promoting stolen sneakers and other looted goods? Oh and let's not forget the grand daddy of them all, despite the fact it's totally against ebay rules to lie about your location, upload fake tracking they completely turn a blind eye to all the amazon sellers flooding the site. This has been going on for years but it's much worse now. What good is top rated or top rated plus when ebay treats you like you're below standard?
