Watched the ebay video on setting up the GSP and clicked the box to enroll and add my items but they are still not showing up worldwide or with the gsp logo. Tried contacting them on Fb, Twitter and call but each one says they dont know whats wrong. Just wondering if anyone could help me out and get this going. thank you in advance

Can you provide some item numbers for the items or listings you are trying to enroll?

Have you amended the listings to allow international shipping?

Quick glance at your "New Listings" shows no international shipping at all. I'm not sure if this is the direct issue you mention with GSP or not. Like I said, does international shipping need to be enabled on the listing first, and then funnel that through GSP? IDK I've never tried international shipping.

Ive enrolled all of my items but it just wont show up. Ebay people at FB, Twitter and Call center are useless. heres an item # 225127719914, thanks for helping

Ok, again, I've never sold internationally or used GSP. I'm aware of needing to "enroll" in GSP via the shipping preference settings under account settings...

So I'm getting hung up on "enroll" as you say. It says you are enrolled in your shipping preferences? You still need to edit EACH listing to allow for international shipments. Just enrolling doesn't automatically allow international shipping on every listing. You need to select which you are willing to ship internationally, and then select your shipping method (which I assume you select GSP).

If you've already done this, then IDK what to say, I'm just taking your word "enroll" literally to be the shipping preferences and not individual listing settings. The listing you provided me still shows only domestic shipping. no international shipping regardless of GSP.

when you enroll in the gsp it has a check box that states override no international shipping to use gsp. I checked it but still nothing. as i said neither Fb cs, twitter or the call center knows whats going on. They said theyll create and ticket and get back to me in 48 hours which is rather laughable considering theyve never gotten back to me on any issues.

Haha, ok, gotcha. Yep, as long as you made it there, I have no idea and am as about as useless as Ebay CS.

Called ebay again and they say they cant figure it out either. I assume it's just one of the many glitches they always have going on.

I sell and ship a lot of things internationally through the GSP and simply check the box in the listing. I don't see anywhere on any of my listings that there is an indication that it ships through the GSP but I am looking at the item as a US buyer just as I looked at yours as a US buyer. Make sure your listing has the box checked and I believe you should be good to go.

You may have already figured this out, but I think you need to revise the listings to add international shipping. I think you got it figured out with the last revision:
