Anybody else experiencing this situation. I have listings ended and they are just frozen and not Rolling over like they are designed to? Is this new nightmare of a feature broken already?

@tealt wrote:...I had 18 manual relists which started at the end of March that were 30-day FP listings. They all ended by themselves (as a 30-day FP would) at the end of April and went into my Unsolds.
This surprised me because, as you pointed out, I expected every FP item I relisted after March 18 would be GTC. But these weren't. For example:
For item 372629014624
this shows on my closed listing page:
Page views: 12
Duration: 30 days
Start time: Mar 30, 2019 14:13:01 PDT
I thought it weird that I could have a 30-day FP after the 18th, but, I've been on eBay a long time. I'm used to weird.
I would be surprised if all the listing tools (and all stores and all sellers) did actually update at the same time on Marh 18. It is unusual for eBay to not stage a rollout for something of this scope. If not staged across listing tools, then they sometimes stage rollouts across banks of sellers or across categories.

I do not believe that @dhbookds actually tried a direct URL to the listing. An eBay search proved fruitless because the item was not indexed into search.
A direct url that will always work on U.S. listings is:
https://ebay.com/itm/000000000000
A direct URL will always pull up a listing if it is available on the site, even if it has not yet been indexed for search. But it may not always pull up an ended listing if ebay has a catalog redirect pointing to a similar item (there's a way around that).
Searching google brought up a direct URL that was saved from an older google crawl for that item number. It had nothing to do with today's renewal, so it really doesn't play into this situation because it merely showed that the direct URL was still working.
The issue here is that there is a delay in indexing in search. I really don't know what that is about because there should be no interruption in indexing an auto-renewal. Instead, the manual renewals, where content can be modified, would be more likely to send an item back through eBay filters where it might hang out a while passing all the tests before reappearing on the site.
Do you recall whether these three recalcitrant listings started life on Mar 31 as GTC or as a relist from a 30-day listing?

they were listings that were originally 30 days and had ended and I relisted them manually. But I have been doing this right along with most all of my listings. I have only been testing GTC rolling over on their own tepidly. I do not like them. This is only happening sporadically, 2 the other day when I started this post and 3 today with 2 ending and getting stuck so to speak and the 3rd about a half hr to an hr after the 1st 2.

Thanks for the tag on this @dhbookds!
Hi @ekmadonna - I'm sorry for the delay in my reply here.
The item numbers you've provided appear up and active at this point in time, but I do remember looking at the rod in particular when you reported this initially and a few things stood out to me as unusual.
A clarifying question: on these items that show 'stuck' did you make any edits or additions to them before the time remaining counter hit 0? As @shipscript points out, there shouldn't really be a reason for GTC to reindex other than if there were edits to update.
If you had made edits that could explain why some listings 'stick' and others work like we'd all expect.
I see you have an item due to renew within the next few hours - will you keep an eye on the beningfield's countryside studio book and if it does the same thing you encountered with the fishing rod please tag me!
You can tag my by typing the @ symbol and then my handle: tyler@ebay. My profile should pop up - click it and it will then turn blue (examples attached).
This is what it should look like as you start to tag me - just click on my name from the drop down!
This is what it will look like if you tag me properly so I will get the notification.

Hi, Tyler thanks for getting back, the answer to your question is NO there were no edits or updates done on my part to any of the listings prior to them being "stuck". They did or do eventually cycle into their correct GTC relist position, BUT I noticed there was a 8 hour delay before they filtered into their correct position in the GTC sort order. During this very lengthy delay is when shipscript noticed these issues. My All Selling Page did get stuck again earlier today but they were with ended auctions, it was 2 listings again that froze when they ended and they were sitting in unsolds, they eventually cleared an hour later. I may let a few GTC roll over later tonight and if any other issues occur I will be sure to tag you. thanks again for not forgetting about me.
