Hello everyone!
Our holiday Community chit chat post was so fun and generated a lot of great ideas, especially delicious holiday recipes. We wanted to continue the conversation but with new topics.
Here’s how it’ll work, twice a month, we’ll post a new chit chat topic and will keep the post open for a couple of weeks. Our moderators will make sure the post stays on topic and that the content is appropriate. Once two weeks have passed, we’ll close the post, and we’ll post a new topic.
The idea for the holiday chit chat came from a Community member so we wanted to ask you, the Community, what fun topics would you like to talk about this year? Keep in mind that the content doesn’t have to be strictly related to eBay.
Here are some ideas that come to mind:
1. Let’s talk about our pets
2. What’s your perfect weekend?
3. What’s the most useful thing you own?
So what would you like to chit chat about this year?

Since we're all still distancing I vote that the first part of the year is a good time to discuss-
- Books and other reading material
- Music, Podcasts
- Movies, TV, Streaming Services
- At home entertainment in general
- Food

Words or phrases we hope we never hear again (like "COVID-19" or "the new normal").

sheila@ebay. I think this is a wonderful idea! I enjoyed the Christmas post so much and tried several recipes.
Well starting out the most useful thing I own would have to be my stand up Kitchenaid mixer in pink of course. If I ever had a house fire it would go with me 1st! LOL! (after hubs and fur baby).

What would you like to do or plan on doing once you retire?

Without including any details that could identify the item or the buyer, what is the funniest or oddest experience you've had selling on eBay?

What are you dying to do once the majority are vaccinated and we can get out in the world again?

"What are you dying to do . . . " is probably not the best idiom to use in this case. 😂

Hmmmm the most funny and exciting "Buying" was bidding on an intense auction involving a classic car and bidding down to the wire without going above what I wanted to spend. At first it said I lost but I had actually won! Ran down to Vegas the next day and car hauled it home.
But selling? It's funny other than some on going fun chats from buyers well after the transactions...I had the best experience selling and buying here on ebay, boring? I take it any day over some of these posts here! 😆

I didn't even know that Kitchenaid had a pink mixer. 😮 It sounds like your pink Kitchenaid mixer is a special edition and can't be replaced. 😉🤣
