Not much detail on what is going on here but there are lots of other places to sell your items. The constantly growing list of eBay's prohibited and restricted items in conjunction with the VERO program are amongst the reasons I diversified across multiple platforms and venues long ago.

As @inhawaii   mentioned, there are so many (n)other places you could sell (For) items on.

What exactly are you selling that is causing this?

If you hate it here so much, it seems rather silly for you to stay here.  There are lots of other places you can sell, but you do know that there will be problems on those other sites too, maybe not the same problems as here but there will be problems nonetheless.   Unless you start your own website where you can make your own rules, you have to decide if it is worth it to you to stay on eBay and abide by the rules they have in place.

Sorry this is happening. There are SO MANY other platforms to sell your stuff on.  Looks like you have been having issues with Ebay since 2020 (according to your forum posts), so at least you have been trying to tough it out

"Vero" was in response to a European Court Case involving counterfeits

At one point eBay accounted for about 90% of my sales by volume. Post diversification across multiple platforms and venues, mostly driven by eBay due to restricted/prohibited items and VERO, they now account for about 20% of my sales by volume.

Yikes! With that many VeRO takedowns, you're on thin ice as far as eBay is concerned.

What do the removals say as the reason for the removals? Is it for using other companies' stock images? (Most websites have terms that disallow use of their intellectual property.)

For example, your Charter Club (Macy's) sheets:

This is directly from Macy's website:

"All images, graphics, code, software and other content used on or incorporated into this website are subject to intellectual property rights held by or licensed to Macys.com, LLC or its affiliates. Subject to your compliance with these terms of use, Macy's grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable license to access and make personal and non-commercial use of this website. This license does not include: (a) any commercial use of this website or its contents; (b) any collection or use of any product listings, descriptions, images or videos."

eBay's Vero program (which has no legal status, is just a name eBay invented) is the result of the passing of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998. eBay started the Vero program in late 1998.

The EU laws that are similar to the DMCA were enacted in 2000, they were subsequently revised to more strict rules on liability partially at least the result of the L'Oreal and LV cases against eBay.
