It's been all Power Tools Ryobi, and some other Automotive stuff. It seems you can't list Ford Brake Discs but you need to list it as For Fits a Ford Probe, consequently it seems as if us Sellers are the only ones that get Probed.

Macy's isn't the problem. It's the Automotive & Tools categories all the time.  Seems as if they're sales are non-existent and their employees come to ebay to pick off sellers, which makes no sense to me. If i'm in the market for a used/open box Sawzall i will buy one on Ebay, but if i've made up my mind that i want a New Dewalt Sawzall i go down to Home Depot and buy a Brand New one. It won't make a lick of difference if you remove all sawzalls from ebay, I will then go down to the Pawnshop and buy a used/open box Sawzall at the Pawnshop.

The Vero program is a way for bullying big corps to make unsuspecting sellers think they have the right to take down legitimate items because "they don't want them sold for less on eBay".  I've had close to 100 items removed illegally this way over the years.  Every time they are put back after providing proof authenticity.  Ebay knows it's happening, but they allow it to protect themselves.  Disgusting.

As me living in Las Vegas in the past...I sure do miss Las Vegas.

Noticing you sold a Sahara Casino chair and one also listed for sale...they were chairs for a casino in New Jersey that the casino was 'never built'.

They are not used..but maybe were sitting in a warehouse for decades.

They are not from Las Vegas....rather mis-leading...They are from New Jersey.

I only looked at a few items for sale.

The casino chips...however...are so so cool.

I picked up the chairs at SLS Casino warehouse, so technically they are Sahara promotion chairs and they were used in the Sahara Casino here in Vegas. The manufacturer of all of their chairs is Majestic in New Jersey.

Majestic Built them all with thick aluminum plate and solid aluminum legs. The chairs are beastly, a product of true American craftsmanship and design. I think i undervalued them imho.

As for the chips i live on Howard Hughes Corporate Property and i'm a Huge Fan of Hughes, a Great Visionary and like all Great Visionaries i'm sure he was treated with much Disdain by Negative people.

There are many sites which you would not even be able to list your items because of pre-approval requirements,

Vero is a relatively small program compared to what is restricted or prohibited on the bigger internet marketplaces.

You would already have lost whatever ability to sell you had if you had received 4 IP complaints on some other marketplaces.

You will not want to believe it but Ebay cares more about keeping its sellers than other larger sites.

Working in Vegas and working at Bellagio, MGM, Star Trek, Circus Circus(had to start somewhere) and so on... the chairs look new and considering some of the slightly(over whatever)heavy players they look never used.

As a side note: matches covers are also a 'hot item' to sell since you live there...just a tip.

I spent many a times playing at Sahara in Las Vegas...not a high roller or a whale.

Desert Inn and Howard Hughes...the stories...he did do that Hughes H-4 Hercules ...Spruce Goose...saw that when it was with the Queen Mary Ship in Long Beach long ago.

They say what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas...o my goodness...the stories I can tell you living there!

Are you joking? There are hundreds of other places to sell your "For" items.

Have you not explored the possibilities?

Don't down Circus Circus... when I first went to the one in Vegas, I was enthralled. A JAMES BOND movie was filmed there. Not a great one, but it was a Connery Bond film. Just to be in that place was incredible
