Just curious? This same question seems to be popular in your community and it's posted in multiples daily...why is this important? You are posting on the selling forum, yet you have nothing for sale. You don't receive any merit or badges for posting these same questions, if anything they are considered to be disruptive.  Please be respectful of the forum.

I truly apologize if I  did something inappropriate. One of my friend told me there are some updates going on ebay these days, so do not list your item. That is why I asked from the community. Sorry for the inconvenient. I highly appreciate the community.

There is never a time when eBay has "updates going on" that make it a "bad time" to list on eBay.
