I tried a Facebook add to promote my store. Is there a way to see where ebay item views came from?

Facebook tells me how many clicked through to my store, but there doesn't seem to be a way of knowing if anyone bought anything. I saw an uptick in sales but was that due to the ad or just coincidence? Seem like it is impossible to know.

Has anybody else noticed that the app no longer has drafts? I like to take my photos in the app after I have started my listing on my computer. Because of vision, I can't be listing on my phone.
