Yesterday on my desktop I made some drafts for items im selling in the future with no problems, ive done this a hundred times. Today I start up work again on another draft for an item when all of the sudden the text in my item condition discription box (near top) disappears, my newly added photos disappear (with a big white blank space taking their place) and no option for inserting new ones. I'm not allowed type anything in the main discripition box or basically save anything that wasn't previously saved in the draft! In fact everything description-wise besides the title was deleted/disappeared. I've tried using IE browser as opposed to my standard chrome and logging off desktop and the mobile app on my phone. Nothing works, not even the draft settings and quick listing tool that shares the desktop screen opens. I can click in on buttons but nothing loads or opens, completely unresponsive. The drafts and listings I've aready created from weeks and days past are fine, so long as I dont save or edit them again, otherwise they go blank as well. Is the mobile app that I only use for browsing somehow interfering with the desktop site under my account? Is this another typical ebay glitch?

Whats happening? The cause, the fix? Btw I only use full site mode for listing and editing, not the stupid dumbed down mobile mode.

the same thing started happening to me a few hours ago. If i try to list something only half the page loads and none of the buttons work. Same if i try to edit something. The picture fields dont load. I cant type in the description area. If i go straight to new listing i get just a blank screen. I tried clearing cache, cookies etc.

Opens "new listing" page or click "sell" from back on the main ebay page and just get a blank screen with nothing loading. That's something else I forgot to mention.

I'll be posting screenshots tommorrow for the community to see. I suggest that you do the same.

I'm getting the same thing. Here's a picture of the screen. Just never loads - doesn't let me fill in description or hit the save draft of any of the buttons.

Same thing is happening to me. No photos or access to adding photos, and no description or access to adding a description on RELIST or SELL SIMILAR. If I try to add a new listing, I just get a totally blank screen. I did manage to do a multiple relist (where you tick off 2 or more items and do a group relist) -- that worked fine.

Exactly what I had. I didn't mention it but I had one instance today where my draft work disappeared for an item I was listing (what we're discussing), but then for some reason it later reappeared complete with everything I thought I had lost- including the text, images and shipping information that it had prior. I completed it, saved it, then moved on to a new draft only to find the issue has returned.

I had no problems with listing but I heard in other groups the same thing is happening to other sellers... hopefully it is a quick fix

Perhaps a mode or format issue? Certain features/"bugs" that ebay hasn't ironed out yet they have in one mode but not in another like from classic to simplified? Also I remember the site kept asking me if I wanted simplified listing/selling mode, sometimes it would switch onto this simplified mode without my approval upon opening or finishing a draft (before all this ruckus mind you). First time it happened was today too and it switched perhaps glitched itself into simplified twice, yet still gave to option to return it to classic ebay/full-sized mode.

Just spoke to an ebay representative and she said there is a technical problem with the ebay listing page. She had no idea when it was going to be up and running again.

I admit this is all speculation though. I'll snapshot everything I have if someone else doesn't beat me to it. Good to know its not just my conputer. Im hoping it can be fixed over the weekend.
