In the last week, the standard "your item didn't sell" emails changed to the "Relisting xxxxxx... is easy as ➊➋➌"

(I wish they would quit messing with it... on another account we have filters on our gmail to forward them to the correct employee).

But then those quit coming, and the "your listing has been confirmed" quit coming as well.

Anyone else having those issues?

I've seen at least one other thread reporting that your listing has been confirmed emails are not coming through.

I might have seen something about the relisting is easy but I am not certain about that.

Hi everyone, I wanted to confirm that this is an issue our tech teams are actively working on right now. I will ensure that the usernames of those affected are added to our investigation!

Having the same exact issue. I reported it last night and they said they're working on it...

BTW, I switched some time ago to relisting by going through the 'Manage Unsold Listings' on my seller hub and I like it so much better than going through the emails. It completely stopped the occasional problem of items dropping out because I missed them or eBay just didn't send me an email.

(Maybe I'm slow and everybody does it that way.... ;))

I could never get used to having to check that all the time, plus I still use turbolister, so if I "sell smiliar" that "unsold" area doesn't work so well. If I refresh turbolister, ended items disappear.

Its easier for me to "sell similar" reprice the items, relist, and then delete email pairs to make sure nothing was missed (widget ended/widget confirmed)

I am having the opposite problem. I was NOT receiving those emails (and didn't want to) and now I am. Just started yesterday. It says to go to Communication Preferences but I don't see anything in Communication Preferences that relates to relisting emails. I don't have "Item Didn't Sell" turned on either. Got 37 this morning. I really don't want to clean over 900 out of my inbox over the course of a month. Please help.

I see these messages are mostly from the end of Janaury and the issue was known and to be corrected be ebay. Unfortunately, the "relisting 1-2-3" messages for me just started last night (2-7-18) and are picking up today. Can't find anything to block these in Communications Preferences. New update on the status???

I have mine sent to my junk email file. You go into your rules section of your email and any email containing relist in the subject line goes to the junk e mail section of your messages...

I'm not positive on the word relist and I've deleted all my junk emails,but you select a common word that they all share in the subject line... and I think it was relist or didn't sell one or the other...

It's turned off. I messaged eBay for Business on Facebook and they confirmed that it's an issue. It stopped for a while but started back again. They told me to let them know if the next app update didn't fix it - though what the heck the mobile app has to do with my email settings is beyond me. That shouldn't be an app specific setting.

I started marking mine as spam. Wonder how long it will take before Comcast blacklists the eBay domain.

I hate to junk all ebay messages, because some I wish to get, but these new relist ones are a pain you know where. I can't find any setting to rid myself of them.

Yup. I get all excited when my phone starts vibrating then I remember that I just ended 64 listings. 🙄
