This was discussed here a lot yesterday. While eBay is dodging the
question, and to make a long story short, the work-around right now is
printing the First Class International labels via USPS.com. It sucks
horribly, but it works.

I guess the things I am reading is more like you're not going to be able
to ship if using "Large Envelope/Flat package" in listings and have to
only only use "Package." I am not sure exactly what is in the listings I
