Ebay ended and listed emails are not coming through

In the last week, the standard "your item didn't sell" emails changed to the "Relisting xxxxxx... is easy as ➊➋➌"

(I wish they would quit messing with it... on another account we have filters on our gmail to forward them to the correct employee).

But then those quit coming, and the "your listing has been confirmed" quit coming as well.

Anyone else having those issues?

add me to the list of not receiving emails.  things like this is why i dont want ebay in charge of our payment and bank transfers.

June 2018 this is still happening, have called last two weeks in a row as emails 'items not sold' and 'item sold' and 'item listed' not coming thru, there is nothing wrong with my 'communication preferences' and I contacted my host/server, nothing on their end. Called ebay, got hung up on, then 2nd time, 'we are experiencing technical difficulties'. Talked to someone in chage and my case had been escalated to technical support. 2-3 days LATER...the 'items sold' and 'items not sold' filter in randomly, by then the things long since shipped!

Last few days I have the same problem. I ended listing. I didn't receive any e-mails. I receive e-mail when I sold item or when I list new item - that works good. But with unsold or ended listings - problems.

I had a problem with them coming through! I refresh listings now and then in bulk so that Cassini will consider them new and not un-clicked-through, ie stale. I also use the thing that translates them for European eBay sites. so I had hundreds and hundreds of emails when ended, cancelled and relisted.

There is nothing in the communications list that will stop them. You have to use the filter on your email to discard them. Luckily they don't go to the My eBay message page.
