Ebay Store Format Settings are Applying

My ebay store is not sorting the items or displaying gallery items as I have specified in my display settings.  I have never had this issue, I think it changed last week and I have adjusted settings but it is not working.  Currently, I have selected to sort by newly listed in my display settings but it is sorting by lowest price.  This is not what I want my customers to see first!

Any ideas?

When they released the new stores last wk., they killed the choices that had been set up under manage your store.....so Best Match is default and you cannot change the List or gallery view to your choice to show .  "lots of upgrades" to the stores coming this summer, but no one knows what......

Thank you, do you know where this is documented?  or what to do for support?  Mine is actually sorting by lowest price . . .this is not good!
