Ebay deducted EGS charges even i do prepaid ordes only still deducted EGS charges. provide me refund

     You are in India and this mostly a US seller forum. I for one am not familiar with EGS charges can you be a bit more specific?

What are EGS charges? You may want to contact Ebay directly. But please let us know what EGS is...

BUT when you sell on Ebay, the order MUST be "prepaid" before you send it out

My suggestion is to contact customer service concerning these EGS charges.  You are posting on a US community discussion forum and it seems no one is understanding your concern because no one knows what EGS charges are.  It's not likely you'll get an answer to your question.

On that FAQ page click on payments/prepaid and you will understand what the OP is talking about.

At the top of the page there is a "contact us" link and if you scroll down all the carrier info there's a link to the eGS resolution center. 

You may want to post your question on the eBay India Community @yashjewelry11 .  As you can see from the other responses, most of us on .com are in the US and not familiar with how eGS works. There's also a link to eBay CS on the top right of the eBay India Community.
