Hi, First off : To the person that said they are going to charge eBay, Fees for costing them (Seller) $Money....on the B Offer, etc. I would be willing to bet $.25 of my profit...ya won't get a dime from eBay ! I worked on this off & on for months...the Best Offer fiasco. My feel was/is if you call or write eBay, the people responding are people trained to make you Happy/Satisfied, then EBay continues to do what they want.
I then responded to anything on EMail , to mention it "Is" Breach of Contract", &" I want it stopped !". It didn't do any good. BUT I have record of this If it comes to Suit, etc. A lawyer friend said this WAS Breach of Contract. I would remove BOffers on listings every day(Which loses potential Buyers). I finally found solution, which I Posted in detail in my earlier post about a yr or so ago. Since then, no more Problem ! You should go way back to my early posts & read. It would be worth it to you, I believe. I don't have it in front of me now~~But I think I went to Account Settings, clicked on Remove Best Offer/More Options. I'm not sure, as I haven't had that problem since. You to find my Early Post..& it will spell it out how to do it in Detail.!! This would be worth your time, I believe. Good Luck all. If it works well for you, Post it & help the next Seller, EH ? ***New eBay fiaso: "GTC" ~Good Till Cancelled. Sellers are **bleep** ! Some even said they are Glad it happened, as it boosted them to find other Selling ventures/platforms, IE: Other selling sites. Some mentions which sites, & some cases less fees etc. Some list on other sites AND Ebay...then if sell, cancels AD, on other one, etc. Good Luck Again "YaAll". Reply/Post reply when ya can. **Thanx (It's OK to hassel Sellers selling normal stuff, but Don't stop someone selling a Rare, Millions- Yr old baby T.Rex dinosaur skeleton , that should be cherished & saved for our natural history.....for $2(Two) Million $Dollars ! Turn your head for Them Fees, EH ? !)
