At this point I'm beginning a lawsuit with eBay no seller or buyer should ever experience this horrible support. Recently I lose my day time job and began reselling fulltime with personal and stuff I bought on eBay, as soon as my sales approach 20k I was hit with a MC011 email (November the 6th). I couldn't revise or list anything (please note people were buying stuff from Puerto Rico and asking me to ship to them for free which I do not offer which forced multiple cases). After many research people who get mc011 are people who doesn't ship their product out or drop shippers which I'm neither. After 8 days (November 14) which i devoted the whole days to solving the issue no one seemed to help me. i have reply to the email countless times saying to reply after you upload your tracking number but after I reply I receive another email saying the email cant receive email. I'm really tired and frustrated as a seller with eBay, eBay only treat buyer nicely but when it comes to seller they treat us like trash. i have been hung up on left on hold for hours and i have experience many chat agents simply leaving the chat, as a seller we should not be treat like this. Alll my item have been shipped out, every case that happens i simply refund the buyer and tell them that they can keep the item free of charge. i am tried of this and this needs to change

Sorry, but yes, you did offer free shipping on the swingset. To Puerto Rico and everywhere else in the USA.

Those are pics of the Seller Hub, not the Seller Dashboard. Follow the link.

Which, frankly, is abysmal. It should be much closer to zero.

THAT is what caused your issue. That is WAY WAY WAY above what Ebay will allow. If you look closely at each section of the Seller Dashboard, there is additional explanations for each section and even reports to show you which transactions are involved.
I take it then at the top it is showing you as being a Below Standard seller??? If it does, you have also been kicked into the penalty fees which is an additional 5% FVF on anything you do sell while your account is in this state.

Actually I do not think his account can get shut down for late shipment rate there are tons of stores that do not even ship items with tracking people that ship with stamps and envelopes and have no tracking stats at all I have a feeling it leads back to defect rate due to cases being opened against him he doesnt sell enough to be on a 90 days cycle so it would be over the course of a year. I actually ran a second store that I sold very small envelope type items once upon a time we stamped and wrote the address and that account got shutdown due to 2 unresolved cases through the course of a year thats all it took.

Many buyers prefer to see a picture of the actual thing they are buying, but that is not always possible.
New In Box items for example, where the value of the item would drop if it were removed from the box for photography.
The best answer is to use a mixture of your own photos of the real thing and stock photos to show what is in the box or what the item will look like set up.
The "real thing" photo should be #1 or #2, not buried after half a dozen stock shots.

I've been here a LONG time. Sometimes I use stock photos, sometimes I don't. Buyers like to see pics of exactly what they are purchasing. Whether that is a stock photo or one taken by the seller, as long as it is an actual depiction of what is being sold it should be just fine.

Should I tell them?
When you signed up for eBay you agreed to a User Agreement which says you cannot sue or start lawsuits against eBay.

Well..and now adding managed payments doesn't help either...I'm not sure I REALLY love the idea of handing over Ebay my SS # and other info....especially since they ARE so kind and wonderful to me as a seller. I left for awhile after they added that stupid return policy a few yrs back...you know ..the one where the customer can find ANY tiny flaw you either didn't mention ..or added one themselves (especially on clothing...SERIOUSLY had a customer try to pull that one)and then they demand to return on your dime. Don't know after 21 yrs of selling on Ebay if I'm wanting to stick around any longer and let Ebay keep delving further and further into my personal and financial business...where they REALLY have NO business being.
