At this point I'm beginning a lawsuit with eBay no seller or buyer should ever experience this horrible support. Recently I lose my day time job and began reselling fulltime with personal and stuff I bought on eBay, as soon as my sales approach 20k I was hit with a MC011 email (November the 6th). I couldn't revise or list anything (please note people were buying stuff from Puerto Rico and asking me to ship to them for free which I do not offer which forced multiple cases). After many research people who get mc011 are people who doesn't ship their product out or drop shippers which I'm neither. After 8 days (November 14) which i devoted the whole days to solving the issue no one seemed to help me. i have reply to the email countless times saying to reply after you upload your tracking number but after I reply I receive another email saying the email cant receive email. I'm really tired and frustrated as a seller with eBay, eBay only treat buyer nicely but when it comes to seller they treat us like trash. i have been hung up on left on hold for hours and i have experience many chat agents simply leaving the chat, as a seller we should not be treat like this. Alll my item have been shipped out, every case that happens i simply refund the buyer and tell them that they can keep the item free of charge. i am tried of this and this needs to change

I had my account reinstated after an MC011 but my case was a little different from yours. They said they needed all my invoices for all the items I had for sale, I guess me selling at a higher rate triggered something in the system. Like you, I had just lost my job and decided to start selling full time so I understand your situation completely, it can be really disheartening when you depend on this. Just give them what they're asking for. And don't bother responding to those generic emails, they get you nowhere. You need to actually speak with people, even if you have to keep calling everyday. Also, messaging them on social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc) will get you much farther than those emails. It took me about a week to get my account back but if you are legitimate seller with legitimate reasons then I think they'll be willing to work with you. Good luck!

Did you stop to look at your feedback percentage? That a big problem right there, excusing everything else, you are under eBay's accepted feedback.
