EBAY CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!

ebay reps  suck.  dropped calls,do not call back, lies ,miss  information, hang up when the can answer your questions. also the reps outside the U.S. are hard to understand and are trained properly. also why is the no sellers protection?

 Pack and Ship so the items make it to the buyers.   **bleep**? dose not matter if fedex and usps lose them.

Looks like you canceled a couple of transactions too, thats the kiss of death for any seller. Ebay hates disappointed buyers, feeling that they wont come back. Have you checked your dashboard for defects?

Thank goodness I have never had to call eBay customer service in the last 20+ years!

IDK why this saddens you.  Why is this a concern?  Social Media is well used by millions of people.  Seems to me that it would be irresponsible for Ebay not to have a presence there since so many members use Social Media.

 

But no need to be sad about this.  Ebay offers all of us a few ways to contact them right here on the site if that makes you feel more secure.

i have canceled  if the buyer is a scamer  or dose not have a real address. and what dose ebay do if the buyer dose not pay? for me noting. I sold an item for $150. last month.  buyer never paid. rbay could care less. lame!

You've left many, many, feedbacks that you delayed shipping because your funds were delayed. Dont you know you cant do that,that you are putting your account at risk? You can always used pending funds for shipping.I expect you wont be able to come back from that.Talk about a bad buyer experience!

i do not ship any items till  the funds clear my back account. thats fair right? rember   when ebay had paypal? i could list and  an item and ship the same day. it now takes up to five days to get my funds. sounds like you work for ebay. lame. get a life!

That's not how this site works. You are supposed to 'ship' within your stated handling time. Want to be difficult and 'wait' till you've been paid? Then, change your handling time to 5 days, 10 days-whatever it takes.

 

You have to work within the system of the site. Any site. It's their rules and their playground and those that want to stand their ground wanting to ONLY do things 'their way', will pay the price.

 

So, since you said FB was better I suggest to remove all your listings and just go there since you don't want to abide by how this site works.

Ditto, you dont have to listen to me at all, but obviously you've had to listen to Ebay who has restricted your listings, and increased your fvf's due to your below standard performance.Sometimes Ebay gets it right.

No, it's not fair to the buyer. You don't get to make up your own rules.
