I purchased an item three actually cost me $6 in shipping for each the return shipping if I was to return it on my own to Nepal and Santa Cruz it would have cost me $75 I feel that it's eBay sellers ship it from the US it must be returned to the US none of this returning the item to Egypt or or Santa Monica or Santa Cruz that's just bologna call some people hundreds of dollars if they know that's not fair that's got to stop.

Or at least eBay must be obligated to let the buyer know before they buy it what the return shipping cost would be if it's any different than what they had to pay to get it. If it's ships from the USA it returns to the USA nowhere else.

That's how it does work. Can you post the item number of the item you're having a problem with?

According to one of your many other posts, you filed a credit card dispute which means eBay is out of the equation at this point. Your payment dispute removes any options to resolve through eBay.

So item is being returned to where exactly?
Santa Cruz, California?
Where does the country of Nepal come into play?
A return will only go to one place.

What is the reason you want to return?
Have you opened an official return request or just corresponded with the seller?
The reason determines who is obligated to pay for return shipping, If the seller sent the wrong item or the item is defective is some way then the SELLER pays for return shipping. If the buyer just doesn't want the item because they changed their mind then the buyer pays for return shipping.
The answers to my two questions are needed to provide you with the proper advice.
