How fees and selling costs are charged

eBay fee might be like the international fee or promoted listing fee while a FVF is usually a fixed percentage based on the listing category

fees

Fees encompass ALL fees ebay charges....... Listing fees , promotion fees, reserve price fee, final value fees etc...

Final Value fees are just that specific fee % charged on what the buyer pays the seller for the item sold.

Yeah, that was my thought as well.

I think the main takeaway is that you will always have a FVF while you may or may not have the other fees.

I though this might be a new seller but then I see they have been here since 1998 and have sold nearly 4000 items!

How is this even possible they don't know the difference?

@greatgramps

Interesting question from a seller with as much experience as you have.

FVF = Final value fees charged by Ebay

Ebay fees in general can be FVFs, Store fees or the fixed transaction fee [30 or 40 cents per transaction].
