SO CONFUSED ABOUT RETURN TO SELLERS FOR COUNTERFIT SILVER COINS UGGG

What if I send the fake 2 coins back to the sellers without any instruction from eBay to print a label or ebay telling me that its my responsibility to send back. they said i would get a label and seller would provide a way for me to send back, only thing i got was an address. so if i ship on my own with out instruction, i run the risk of loosing 75.00 times two plus my refund of 35.00 times 2.  Plus ebay said seller will provide label and a way. i have gotten nothing. How can ebay, and Im not ser they are, but make a customer provide return shipping for a counterfit coin. They should be made to have a return address in the usa if it shipped from here. Im so upset. And soooooooooo confused. I should sell an eBay help line!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  word!

If you filed an INAD and the seller doesn't provide return shipping, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

Is it an International seller?

Did you open an item not as described return through eBay? If so all you have to do is go back to the case three business days after it was opened. At that point eBay will either send you a return label or refund without requiring a return. Under no circumstances should you ship the coins back on your own dime. EBay has no way for you to recoup those costs.

Take a minute to re read the eBay Money Back Guarantee. If you received anything that is not as described, (Fake) you will be able to return it for a full refund and the shipping charges. YOU MUST open a return on eBay for you to be covered and you need to select the right reason for wanting to return the item. 

If your seller does not refund you, you do have recourse with your credit card/bank by opening a charge dispute. Bank disputes should be the last resort if the eBay MBG does not cover you.

Since the seller accepted the returns with labels that only have an address in San Cruz and no postage, the requests are stalled and will automatically close after their deadlines with no button to ask eBay to step in.

Instead @learningnumaticsat60 go here to leave a private message for eBay, to ask for your $75 return labels. eBay will put your returns on hold for the seller to either send cash to buy the return labels, or just refund outright. At the end if the seller does neither, eBay will issue your $35 refunds no return needed.

Thanks have not sent return label I went over eBays emails to me and they clearly tell me  to sit tight and wait for the labels. so I notified my bank of what has happened.  So I shall see in a few days I guess.

I dont know what a INDA even is all i did was start a return. I re read the email ebay sent to me, they clearly say sit tight a label is on the way. I just have not gotten it yet. I started to track down the tracking number to research where it actually came form , here in Fl or MS, it did  not  come from santa cruz, so why would i have to return to there.  But in the return information their both of their address were from santa cruz.   Im also a seller a week old seller i dont know crud, but i believe we as buyers have a right to know who is handling the purchase. Im not sure yet if i can get a address in the state that it was sent from or not yet, I dont know what id anyone has to have to send a package.  a witch doctor next!🤣    But i am going to believe that eBay knows exactly what's going on. They know that I was never sent a label. and why would I have to pay any postage for someone selling me counterfeit currency. dBay should be grateful I didn't call the Secret Service...YET..lol

If you initiated bank action, you effectively have removed ebay from the equation. Once you start a bank action, the MBG is off the table. Try to follow the advice you have been given,,,,

Thats funny they did not have a space for me to enter i was sold a counterfeit  American currency. I  believe I chose that it was defective and didnt work. Nothing else matched my situation.  I reread all the messages form ebay, they clearly tell me to sit tight and wait for a label.= so with that I will just wait. If nothing happens in my favor i will be forced too involve the Trump Secret Service😎. Im sur it will all be fine... thanks every one.

I wish you had come here earlier. Because unfortunately there's no need to sit and wait on eBay anymore. Their carved-in-stone policy is that once you open a dispute elsewhere any case you have at eBay is closed. They do that to prevent people from collecting multiple refunds from different sources. At this point you should direct all your energy into the credit card dispute.

I started that today AND sent as much information as i could get. I cant find all the communications I made thru the return contact seller thread. I only can view the last message I had with the seller. This is so weird because i a new seller too. I hope you dont mind but ur the first person I saved..lol   By ur profile I see you have been doing this for a while. Good job! I'm a Kat too! Thanks  again.

Thanks, yes I did say it was not as described and  it was broken and not as described.  They didn't have a butt one that exactly described  my situation. I did all of the above and even put my bank on notice and gave the bank all the order numbers, dates, communications ect, encase 3Bay drops the ball. Which Im hopeful they know.  I reread all eBay messages to me and they both said ,"Sit tight you're going to receive a shipping label for your return." "You can find it here when it arrives."  I'm really they have this place where I could come to blow off jsteam and get 'REAL" help. Thanks for your help. I'm very grateful.
