I relisted using sell similar and changed up an item in the Glass &Pottery category, and the listing was taken out of my Free 50, rather than my bonus 10. I listed it as a 7 day auction. I've reread the description of the promo, and am not seeing where I went wrong. Any suggestions?

I am the OP. My promo has also disappeared, even though I listed several items that conformed to the guidelines.

I got a free listing promotion a couple of days ago and today it's gone. I called and they said I don't have any promotion. It was for collectibles 10 free listing and no final value fees.

I listed and priced items based on this promotion. I certainly hope Tyler can give us an answer and ebay will honor it. Things shouldn't be this difficult.

Same here. Only I did activate it and now it's gone. So is the original message with the offer. It is also not in the Promo History.

Thanks for providing the link to the actual "10 free listings" in certain categories. I received the "get offer" and activated it. I noticed that I had until the 12th to list and postponed listing right away. Today I went to the "Promotional Offers" at the bottom of my summary page and the offer had disappeared. It should have been there until 10/12 whether I used them or not by that time.

I called Ebay twice. First time they told me there was no such promotion. I usually get emails telling about the promotions, but on the last day of the promotion when it is too late to list. I finally got an Ebay rep that actually talked to tech and there WAS a promotion for the "10 free listings" and I had signed up for it. He flagged my account that when I do list items in those categories, there will be no FVF on ten sales that I listed between 10/4 and 10/12. And he said that if I don't get them for free, like the promo claimed, I should call Ebay and they would credit my account. I also gave them the reference code that is at the bottom of this linked page.

I activated mine the day it came and two days later, poof it

I'm always wary of eBay promo offers these days unless it's a straight free insertions one.

I can confirm that i have seen also this promo yesterday but i did not activate it since is out of my sales field and i prefer to sell to fields i know well.

Anyway i just checked again and yes.. the promo is missing.
