Detailed seller ratings reports

Anyone having any luck gettng to read if scores are high or low or inbetween with this report? When I choose "view" it blinks and shows me nothing. I have at least 30+ numbers listed waiting to see if all is well.  I'd like to know if buyers are happy or not.

Can't help, sorry!  I run those reports daily and have no trouble reading them.  I'd suggest trying a different browser.  That software is quite a few years old and maybe doesn't work with some of the new ones.  I use Firefox.

I had no idea people still do that.  I didn't even back when dsrs counted.

I have no problem running them and I use firefox.  Is the report coming up with a status of complete or is it not running the report?

a couple suggestions, it may or may not help.

1- make sure you are using current item numbers, just check that you don't have an old one in the mix.

2- try using a smaller base (like 10 items) and see if that runs for you.

3- what sort are you using? by item#? try running with "date range" or one of the other report types. see if that works.

other than that you may have to try another browser. hope you find the glitch.
