Fbusoni was being sarcastic.

Yep. It'll be the mypillow moron. Trump loves him

My sales have already increased 1000% since Dejoy announced he is stepping down.

I'm surprised he didn't get a high-ranking position in the new administration.
He'd fit right in with all the other unqualified misfits.

Yep. But he did fill them with like minded idiots.

To leave in the middle of his project unfinished...not good.
Congress questioned the new electric vehicles..wonder who got that contract...
Top managers move from one company to another...
CEO of Chipotle left and now runs Starbucks...
Can the USPS get any worse...yes..now that he wants out.
And someone else comes in...hopefully older than 18 years of age...LOL

I'm afraid the damage is already done.

That's the trouble with breaking things and then saying oops, that didn't work, but it was bad when I started. 🙄

There have been rumors for weeks that Trumps new appointees to the governing board were going to fire him.
Do not think things are going to get better.
Expect the board to put in a Postmaster General who will privatize portions of the operations - like mail sorting. And who will use a FEDEX or Amazon approach to last mile, like private contractors.
With UPS doing long haul, a vendor doing sorting, and gig delivery there will be no need for Post Offices.
Will service get better. Has FEDEX Ground ever had decent service? Not even before FEDEX bought them when they were RPS. P.S. RPS was a Teamster's shop - that's one way to break a union contract.
I suspect that if this happens, USPS will be profitable in 2 years, and service may or may not be inferior depending on how few existing USPS workers are left in the company.
The way to run USPS as a business, which has been its nominal goal, is to not use workers who expect to be treated like government employees. No one has been able to find a strategy to do that which works.

Maybe not. It is not good a good idea to presume if it was sarcastic.
I do wonder with Dejoy stepping down, will all of those who complained about him accept his replacement?
According to many, everything will be better once Dejoy is gone. (confirming sarcasm) 😀

I imagine his having to work probably soured him on keeping that gig.

Does he give a date and I just couldn't find it or over looked it?
No one celebrate too soon. We have no idea who will replace him.

Personally, I think a woman CAN do the job and should get a chance regardless of their hair color.
