I was referencing the big seller, who had the fishing lure for  7.22 free shipping     Had multiple NEG or NEUTRAL and many times the buyer said was because of shipping       I guess u need to ask EBAY to remove,  I just thought they did automatically

Not in many cases, but it doesn't take a lot of effort to ask.  However it has to be important to the seller to ask and some large sellers simply don't care.

Re: DO EBAY not give any seller protection when delays are caused by USPS FEDEX UPS ETC????????????

I get emails from FEEBAY say like: seller protection due to storm blah blah

Those seller protections involve specific storms and cover specific areas for a specific time. They do not cover all shipping delays.

how they is making a profit I do not know, my profit be $2

If you would make a profit, so would they. And perhaps they do not use tracking in order to lower the cost.

Many NEG and NEUTRAL refer to shipping /delivery times

Feedback related to shipping times and delivery times is only removed if the seller has tracking that proves he shipped on time or delivered on time, or it is covered due to a storm or natural disaster for which eBay issued a specific exception. Did you consider that perhaps the seller involved actually is a chronic late shipper or does not use tracking and thus the feedback is deserved?

One even said, "seller shipped quickly USPS last item"

The fact that a seller shipped one item on time does not mean all items were shipped on time.

we is got no control over carriers whether they is USPS Fedex UPS

As long as you ship on time and get a scan, you are covered. Again, did you consider that perhaps the seller involved actually is a chronic late shipper or does not use tracking and thus the feedback is deserved?

I guess u need to ask EBAY to remove,  I just thought they did automatically

That will not get it removed unless the seller has tracking that proves he shipped on time or delivered on time, or it is covered due to a storm or natural disaster for which eBay issued a specific exception.
