I'm angry and complain that ebay support is not available since Wednesday.
The support promised to solve my issue for 3-4 weeks but every time I contact them they continue giving promises again and again. Now I'm trying to contact through the live chat but it says the agents are not available.
The issue is that I'm not able to change account type back from Individual to Business type because I dont have button in my personal info. I've already tried it.
Why problem is on hold about month because I've contacted the support earlier and they placed already few tickets to solve my issue with developers.
Because of this postponing of resolving my problem now I am not able to connect to Payoneer account and thus manage my listing.
What should I do now? if Ebay not hurring to solve the issue, disconnected me from the support but created such restriction with mandatory connection to Payoneer that I dont need?

one more update: I've asked another seller if he may contact the support by mail and he confirmed that he's able. So what's going on with my account and ebay support policy???

Could be that you are trying outside the business hours of whatever Ebay site you are trying to reach.......you are in the Ukraine........
I would post on one of the EU sites........since this is the US site and our usage of business/individual accounts is different from the EU........plus we have no Payoneer usage.

- Possibly not, because I tried it at the time when in in NY it is 10am or + (not today).
More over the automatic chat robot says the contact hours are according to Europe Time GMT+1 because according to my location the support is also from EU

- Can you give the link to ebay forum in EU because Google doesnt know any other official ebay forum

German website..........you could also try UK.......but since they aren't in the EU, don't know what info there would be there.........

I suspect part of the problem is that by the end of the year, getting payments to a PayPal account will not be an option for ANY seller. Here in the US, sellers are enrolled in eBay's Managed Payments program, where all funds are paid to eBay, they take their fees and send you the rest to your bank account. It is done through Adyen which does not service the entire world.
So. in order for YOU to continue to sell, you will have to become part of the Managed Payments system as well, which will employ Payoneer instead of Adyen, and thus your requirement for signing up.
Since this is the US site (and will not be using Payoneer) all I can find are screen shots regarding how ebay is planning to "manage" your money for you with Payoneer. These are not links that will help you. There was one post here a few days ago that had more precise information, but I cannot find it.
