It automatically runs something like a ticker tape of items under a buyer’s purchase.

Often the same item pops up less expensive

My buyer wants to cancel his $450 purchase. Payment is in processing status (so not in my bank).   customer service chat that I have to refund the buyer from my bank account THEN buyer funds will be released to me. I don't have extra cash in my account like that. **bleep**!

Probably not. But even if he was, do you want to deal with that nonsense when or if he tries to shake you down for an even lower price later down the line?

Just cancel and move on. Can add to your block list if you're annoyed enough.
