Can't print shipping label?

Any idea why I can't print a shipping label.  Never had this problem before.  I put the weight in, it automatically updates, but then the purchase and print label is grayed out.

I've had that happen a few times.  Toggling back and forth from Carrier packaging to Custom size (and re-choosing any options that just got reset by doing that) usually unsticks it for me.

It could be a problem with the buyer's address, the last few I had were of the kind where the buyer's state was spelled 'Ny' (instead of NY) and such, there is usually a link where you can 'edit' or fix this issue yourself.

Have you tried clicking the greyed out button?

I've shipped to this buyer before, so don't think it is the address.  Also, when I first click on the print shipping label from Orders awaiting shipment, the purchase and print button is in blue, but the weight is 1oz.  It's when I change the weight, that it becomes grayed out.

Toggling between priority and first class, seemed to do the trick.  I can print now.
